SUP Intro and Technique sessions
Beach yoga warm-up session
4km & 8km races
Kids fun race - kids' registration is free and there's a kid's SUP board to be won!
4km social paddle for the 'non-racers' who want to get out onto the course for a paddle
Red Dragon SUP boards to try - 4 paddlers per Red Dragon board
The annual pets race; yes, get your dog on your board and go for broke!
Post-paddle pizza, so you don't go home hungry
Club tops for those yet to receive theirs
