DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST THE COMMITTEE HAVE DECIDED NOT TO RUN THIS EVENT.  MONEY PAID WILL BE REIMBURSED TO THOSE THAT HAVE PAID.   Format will consist of 3 x 2km short course races.  They will be run back to back with the next race commencing 10 mins after the last competitor crosses the line.  Other events will include Kids races and an XL team event. Rego 8.00 - 9.00am.  Briefing at 9.15am with racing starting at 9.30am There will be lots of boards to demo throughout the morning.  Categories:  Open, Over 40s, Over 50s, Over 60s, Power Paddlers, Sports/Novice, Kids (for both men and women)

Visitors return year after year for the fun and friendly vibe, both in and out of the water. This year's event will follow that of the past in celebrating four days of fun on the water in the sports of Wave sailing, Kite surfing and Stand Up Paddling.The format is designed to allow everyone to participate when the conditions suit their style and ability. Participants can be assured that the event format will remain unchanged. There will still be the expression  session format where participants go out whenever they feel like the conditions suit their ability.. the event remains one for ALL LEVELS with the emphasis on fun and waves. Prizes are awarded across all divisions in each discipline... OPEN MENS, OPEN WOMENS, JUNIORS (under 18), MASTERS (35+) GRAND MASTER (45+)

This is a fun ,family friendly ,bring your friend ,relax day .There will be a Big inflatable board for lots of fun .Some yoga intro sessions with local SUP Yoga legend .Connie Mah .BBQ will be blazin ,a great time to be had .

Please note everyone, that due to an unfavourable weather forecast creating risks too high to safely run the event for all we have unfortunately had to postpone the event until Saturday 11 November. A day for everyone! For the racer, a 12km course taking in Geelong's Eastern Beach comprising 3 laps of a laid bouy course. For those looking for a more relaxed, scenic paddle, a single lap of the course running from the western end of Eastern Beach, to Limeburners Point, past the marina to Cunningham Pier, along the pier and back to the finish. For families, there'll be a paddle to Geelong's floating Christmas tree, a fun parent & child challenge and more. There'll be some fun prizes including "movie money" Event categories will be determined two weeks prior to the event, so if you wnat to run in a particular division, round up your mates and bring them along.

Due to the weather, we have blocked out both Saturday and Sunday to pick the best wind /weather for our 3rd event.
